We ask to see proof of up to date vaccinations on every visit.

Kennel cough vaccine is NOT required to board at Noarck but if you wish to have it done please make sure it has not been administered in the 2 weeks prior to boarding.

We reserve the right to seek the services of a vet (yours or ours) on your behalf, if at any time it is deemed necessary. We will always attempt to contact you first. We will liaise with the vet and make decisions in the interest of your pet, and to administer the relevant treatment. Veterinary attention either during or after your pets stay is at the owners expense, unless caused by their stay. Your pet won't be covered by any pre existing conditions, which must be disclosed on

Only animals that live together can be boarded or exercised together.

If problems occur between animals that are housed together we will split them until they go home to avoid a recurrence.

Charges are per day and are applicable from the day of arrival to day of departure inclusive. All charges must be paid prior to dogs departure, longer bookings may be asked to pay an advance amount.

We reserve the right to charge the full cost of boarding if cancellation is made less than 10 days before drop off.

Whilst every attention is given to each pet boarded with us, it is boarded entirely at the owners own risk.

All dogs are exercised in the field and not on leads unless specifically asked to be exercised on a lead.

We reserve the right to refuse a booking request or terminate a boarding earlier than planned for any reason.

All bedding and toys etc bought with your pet are left entirely at the owners risk, we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items. Our own toys and balls are available in the play areas, please let us know if we need to remove these.

Any relevant medication will be administered as per instructions from owners.

In the event of an animal not being collected 14 days from the agreed collection date, and we have not been able to contact the owners, we reserve the right to take any action deemed necessary regarding future ownership.

We supply a large variety of foods, both wet and dry, but are happy if you would like to bring your own, including raw food. We feed as per instructions from the owner.

All dogs must arrive on leads, and cats must be in a secure carrier.

For all bookings involving Christmas Day we charge a minimum of 7 days.
